Located on the top floor of a completely renovated historic hotel in the Historic Center, our space is an invitation to discover Porto Alegre from a new point of view. Close to the main tourist attractions, Orla do Guaiba, Porto Alegre Metropolitan Cathedral and Praça da Alfândega.

During your stay, we do not provide daily cleaning or periodic linen changes. However, these services can be requested as additional services, subject to staff availability and an extra charge.

About children and babies:

We warmly welcome children and babies. However, it is important to note a few points about the accommodation:

We do not have a portable crib available in the unit. If needed, you can request a crib from our central service, subject to availability and an extra fee.

There are small objects in the accommodation.

The drawers do not have safety locks.

The power outlets do not have childproof covers.

The windows may pose a risk to unattended children, so constant adult supervision is required.

We do not provide extra mattresses.

We recommend that guardians assess whether the accommodation adequately meets the family's needs and supervise children at all times during the stay.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it will be necessary to request extra linen for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may carry an additional fee and needs to be arranged before booking.

- covered parking within the condominium with a designated space. Access from the underground parking to the ground floor is only by stairs, no elevator.

Guests will be able to access the condominium's gym, coworking, rooftop, laundry room, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests.

The building also has an OMO laundry room in the basement. The laundry room has two machines (one for washing and one for drying). The available services are PAID and operate through payment through the OMO application on your cell phone. If you have difficulty using the service, ask us for help.

The locker service at the entrance to the building is for common use. For long stays, contact us on how to access.

The condominium also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks and one for purchasing coffee. Payment is made via physical credit card.
