Located on the top floor of a completely renovated historic hotel in the Historic Center, our space is an invitation to discover Porto Alegre from a new point of view. Close to the main tourist attractions, Orla do Guaiba, Porto Alegre Metropolitan Cathedral and Praça da Alfândega.
We do not change linen or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer as an additional service:
- Linen change: R$ 100.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat and 1 bed set)
- Towel change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 2 face towels, 1 bath mat)
- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 130.00. It must be scheduled.
- Due to the structure of the condominium, Wi-Fi is for shared use in the building. Therefore, fluctuations may occur during use (up to 50 mbps on wifi).
The space has been renovated and offers:

- covered garage within the condominium with designated space. Access from the parking lot located underground to the ground floor does not have an elevator, only via stairs.
Guests will be able to access the condominium's gym, coworking, rooftop, laundry room, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests.
The building also has an OMO laundry room in the basement. The laundry room has two machines (one for washing and one for drying). The available services are PAID and operate through payment through the OMO application on your cell phone. If you have difficulty using the service, ask us for help.
The locker service at the entrance to the building is for common use. For long stays, contact us on how to access.
The condominium also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks and one for purchasing coffee. Payment is made via physical credit card.
Directly through the app chat or via our support center, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or during our on-call service, Monday to Sunday until 10:00 PM.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After this time, access can be made via self check-in; however, no support is available outside service hours.
Check-out: until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and an additional charge.
Mandatory documentation: all guests must send their identification documents in advance for clearance with the condominium’s front desk. Collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
No Smoking: smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in the condominium’s common areas, in accordance with the Anti-Smoking Law (Law No. 12,546/2011). Failure to comply may result in fines and/or additional charges for deodorization and property repairs.
Parking: the apartment includes one fixed, covered parking space.
Child safety: the accommodation contains small objects and has no childproofing, such as locked drawers or protected sockets. The window poses a fall risk, and there is no extra mattress for children.
Visitors: visitor entry must be communicated and approved in advance, in accordance with security regulations and the condominium’s bylaws.
Fines and damages: any damage to the property, broken objects, or stained bedding/towels will be charged. Any fines issued by the condominium due to noncompliance with rules are the guest’s responsibility.
Decor and furniture: may be subject to change without prior notice due to maintenance or updates.
Minors: stays for guests under 18 years old are only allowed with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, in accordance with the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law No. 8,069/1990).
