Climate control: hot and cold air conditioning and electric fireplace.
Accommodations: queen bed, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtains, and full-length mirror.
Conveniences: self check-in with digital lock and 24h remote concierge.
Pet friendly: small pets are welcome.
Guests will be able to access the condominium's gym, coworking, rooftop, laundry room, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests.
The building also has an OMO laundry room in the basement. The laundry room has two machines (one for washing and one for drying). The available services are PAID and operate through payment through the OMO application on your cell phone. If you have difficulty using the service, ask us for help.
The locker service at the entrance to the building is for common use. For long stays, contact us on how to access.
The condominium also has a vending machine in the lobby for purchasing snacks and one for purchasing coffee. Payment is made via physical credit card.

Mandatory documentation: it is required to send in advance the documents of all guests for clearance with the condominium reception. Collected data will be used exclusively for this purpose, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law nº 13.709/2018).
Smoking prohibition: smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in the condominium common areas, as provided by the Anti-Smoking Law (Law nº 12.546/2011). Non-compliance may result in fines and/or additional charges for deodorization and property repair.
Parking: the apartment does not have a fixed covered parking space; however, there are 3 rotating spaces in front of the building. It is not possible to reserve a spot.
Child safety: the accommodation contains small objects and lacks childproofing items, such as drawer locks and protected sockets. Windows present a risk of falls, and there is no extra mattress for children.
Visitors: visitor entry must be communicated and pre-approved, respecting safety standards and condominium rules. Overnight stays for guests are not allowed.
Fines and damages: any damage to the property, broken items, or stained bed linen/towels will be charged. Fines applied by the condominium for rule violations are the guest’s responsibility.
Decoration and furniture: may be subject to change without prior notice due to maintenance or item updates.
Minors: stays for guests under 18 are only permitted with formal authorization from parents or legal guardians, according to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law nº 8.069/1990).
