If you're coming to Porto Alegre for remote work, an event, or simply want a sophisticated base, Studio Linea delivers: rare silence, abundant natural light, and the amenities of a condominium with pool, gym, and covered parking. For your convenience, we do not offer linen changes or daily cleaning. These services are available as extras – please check rates and availability.

Children and babies are welcome. We do not have a fixed crib, but we can provide a portable one (additional fee applies). As in any home, we recommend adult supervision near windows and small objects. There is no extra mattress available for children.

Important: The apartment is set up to accommodate two people in a queen bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it is necessary to request extra linen for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may incur an additional cost and must be arranged before booking.

Complete bedding set — queen bed with linens, blankets, pillows, and plush towels. Amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

Kitchen: Air fryer, microwave, electric kettle, two-burner electric cooktop, duplex refrigerator.

Dishes, glasses, plates, cutlery, wine and sparkling wine glasses, pots, and basic utensils.

Dining table for up to 4 people.

Queen-size bed + comfortable sofa bed (extra bedding available upon request).

Important: The private barbecue grill is not available for use.
