If you travel with family, for work, or want more space than a hotel, this apartment offers two suites (one double and one single), a fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning. Imagine waking up with natural light, making coffee, taking the kids to the playground or garden, relaxing by the pool with a pergola, working out at the gym, and watching a movie on the Smart TV at night. All just steps from Parcão, Shopping Moinhos, and Padre Chagas, with the peace of an urban resort.

We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning. These services are available as extras – please check prices and availability.

Children and babies are welcome. We do not have a fixed crib, but we can arrange a portable one (additional fee applies). As in any home, we recommend adult supervision near windows and small objects. There is no extra mattress available.

Capacity: up to 3 people (suite with king bed + suite with single bed – no sofa bed)

Fully equipped kitchen: gas cooktop (4 burners), microwave, double-door refrigerator, utensils, cookware, tableware, wine/champagne glasses.

Dining table for up to 4 people.

Private laundry: washing machine – a strong asset for extended stays and families.

Bathroom (powder room and suites):

Guest bathroom with clean finishes, light tones, glass shower stall.

Amenities included: shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, toilet paper.

Climate control and technology: hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and the king suite; fast Wi-Fi; Smart TV.

Important:

Private barbeques are not allowed.

The apartment does not have a sofa bed; accommodation is in the two suites.

The other areas of the condominium, such as party rooms and gourmet spaces, are not available for guests' use, according to the building's internal rules.

The laundry room can be used by guests by scheduling directly with us. The use of machines is subject to availability and we are not responsible for their maintenance.
