We do not offer linen exchange or daily cleaning during your stay. If you wish, we offer these services as optional extras:

- Linen exchange: R$ 80.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 set of bed sheets)

- Towel exchange: R$ 40.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, and 1 bath mat)

- Cleaning service during your stay: please check rates and availability; advance booking is required.

We welcome children and babies, but some important information should be considered:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you can request one from our support center. If a crib is available, it will be provided at a cost of R$60.00.

- There are small objects on the premises

- We do not provide drawer locks or socket protectors

- The windows pose a fall hazard

- We do not provide extra mattresses for children

- The building offers paid rotating parking with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment must be made directly to the company responsible for the service, using the kiosk available on site.

During your stay, you will have access to the condominium's gym, coworking space, laundry room, bicycle parking, and rooftop leisure area. The common areas of the condominium do not require a reservation and are freely available to guests. Spaces designated for events and parties are not available for guest use.

The building also offers a Lavô laundry room on the second floor, with three washing machines and three dryers. Use of these machines is paid and can be done using a credit card at the self-service terminal next to the equipment.

The locker located at the building entrance is shared. When you arrive at the front desk, ask the staff for information about its use.
