Lume Studio, located in the GO24 building, is a creative space that values natural light and simplicity. With a minimalist, welcoming environment in neutral tones, it offers tranquility for creation. Every detail is designed to combine functionality and inspiration, making it the perfect place for those seeking elegance and a pure environment to develop projects.

We do not provide daily cleaning or linen changes during your stay. However, we offer some additional services upon prior request, subject to team availability and an additional fee.

- The building offers paid rotating parking, with both covered and uncovered spots. Payment is made directly to the company in charge, using the kiosk located in the parking lot.

During your stay, you are free to use the condominium's common areas without the need for prior reservation.

• Coworking space – 2nd floor

• Self-service laundry – 2nd floor (use upon payment directly on site)

• Rooftop social area and pool with ice-breaker system – Penthouse floor (CO)

The pool is open 24 hours a day, from Tuesday to Sunday.

On Mondays, it remains closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Important:

The party rooms, gourmet spaces, backlit bar, and barbecue grills located on the rooftop are not available for short-term guests.
