Lume Studio, located in the GO24 building, is a creative space that values natural light and simplicity. With a minimalist, welcoming environment in neutral tones, it offers tranquility for creation. Every detail is designed to combine functionality and inspiration, making it the perfect place for those seeking elegance and a pure environment to develop projects.
We do not provide linen replacement or daily cleaning during your stay. If you wish, these services are available as optional extras: - Linen replacement: R$ 80.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 set of bed sheets) - Towel replacement: R$ 40.00 (includes 2 bath towels, 1 face towel, and 1 bath mat) - Cleaning service during your stay: please check prices and availability, as advance scheduling is required. Children and babies are welcome, but please consider the following important information: - We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you may request one through our central office. If available, a crib will be provided at a cost of R$60.00. - There are small objects on the property - We do not provide drawer locks or outlet covers - The windows pose a risk of falling - We do not provide an extra mattress for children

- The building offers paid rotating parking, with both covered and uncovered spots. Payment is made directly to the company in charge, using the kiosk located in the parking lot.

During their stay, guests can freely use the condominium gym, coworking space, laundry room, bike storage, and the leisure area on the rooftop. The common areas do not require a reservation and are available to all guests. The party rooms, the backlit bar, and the barbecue grills located on the rooftop are not accessible to guests.

The building also offers a Lavô laundry room on the second floor, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. The laundry room is PAY-PER-USE and payment can only be made by credit card at a self-service terminal next to the machines.
