- The building offers paid rotating parking with both covered and uncovered spaces. Payment must be made directly to the managing company through the terminal available onsite.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If you prefer to sleep separately, it is necessary to request extra bedding for the sofa bed. This service has an additional cost and must be arranged before booking.

During your stay, you may freely use the condominium's common areas without the need for prior reservation.

The party rooms, gourmet spaces, backlit bar, and grills located on the rooftop are not available for short-term guests.
