We do not provide linen changes or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

- Linen change: R$ 60.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat, and 1 bedding set)

- Towel change: R$ 40.00 (2 bath towels, 1 face towel, 1 bath mat)

- We offer cleaning services during your stay: R$ 100.00. This service must be scheduled in advance.

We welcome children and babies, but would like to highlight some important notes:

- We do not have a portable crib in the accommodation, but you may request one through our central office. If available, the crib will be provided at a cost of R$ 60.00.

- There are small objects in the accommodation

- We do not have drawer locks or outlet covers

- The window presents a risk of falling

- We do not have an extra mattress

- The condominium has a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the company in charge at the on-site kiosk.

Guests will be able to access the swimming pool, gym, coworking, laundry, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests. Party spaces, backlit bar and rooftop grills are not available to guests.

The building also has a Lavô laundry facility on the second floor, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. The services are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.

The locker service at the building entrance is for common use. Upon entering the lobby, you can check with the reception for its operation.

The building also features a vending machine in the lobby for snacks. Payments are made via an app.
