Studio Ibiza accommodates up to 2 guests in a queen bed. The apartment is prepared with bed linen, pillows, blanket, and bath towels according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. The standard setup assumes both guests will share the queen bed. Extra sets of bed linen or additional towels are not provided in the apartment. If you need extra linens during your stay, please check with our team for availability and prices. The apartment is delivered clean and ready for your arrival. The stay does not include daily housekeeping or cleaning services. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to availability and an extra fee. Basic hygiene and consumable items provided in the apartment are intended for the beginning of your stay and are not automatically replenished. Early check-in and late check-out: when the booking schedule permits, we can offer early arrival or extended departure for an additional fee. Since this depends on same-day arrivals and departures, confirmation is given only on the day itself. We do not provide regular luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Exceptions can only be confirmed in advance by our team. A portable crib may be available upon prior request and may incur an additional fee. Child safety: we recommend special attention during stays with children, especially near the window and with small objects. The shared rooftop grills require a reservation and prior availability check. Charcoal, fire starters, and other necessary items are not provided. Small decorative objects or equipment may occasionally be replaced due to maintenance or wear, while always preserving the announced features and amenities of the accommodation. - The condominium has a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the company in charge at the on-site kiosk.

Guests will be able to access the swimming pool, gym, coworking, laundry, bike rack and entertainment area on the rooftop during their stay. The common areas of the condominium do not require reservation and are freely accessible to guests. Party spaces, backlit bar and rooftop grills are not available to guests.

The building also has a Lavô laundry facility on the second floor, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. The services are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.

The locker service at the building entrance is for common use. Upon entering the lobby, you can check with the reception for its operation.

The building also features a vending machine in the lobby for snacks. Payments are made via an app.
