### CHECK-IN, REGISTRATION AND ACCESS

The apartment is available for check-in from 3:00 PM.

For condominium registration, access control and security purposes, all guests included in the reservation must provide the information and documents required for access authorization before arrival.

After the reservation is confirmed, LikeHome will send a secure link for registration. Each guest must complete their own information.

We recommend completing the registration by the day before arrival. If registration is completed on the check-in date, all required information and documents must be submitted by 6:00 PM so they can be processed and access can be authorized with the condominium.

Registrations or documents submitted after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival may not be processed for same-day access.

Once registration and access authorization have been completed, check-in is self-service and guests may arrive later, including after regular service hours.

Personal information requested for registration will be processed for purposes related to reservation management, guest identification, and the access and security procedures required for the stay. When necessary, this information may be shared with the condominium administration and/or front desk and with service providers involved in the process, in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant Privacy Policy.

### CHECK-OUT

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Remaining in the property after the check-out time is only permitted with express authorization from LikeHome.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge, but availability can only be confirmed on the same day, as it depends on the turnover between departing and arriving reservations.

The absence of express confirmation does not constitute authorization for early arrival or late departure.

### GUESTS AND OCCUPANCY

The maximum occupancy of the accommodation must be respected throughout the entire stay.

All guests staying at the property must be included in the reservation and properly registered before access is granted.

The reservation may not be transferred, assigned or used by people other than those originally listed and registered, unless previously authorized by LikeHome.

The reservation may not be used to sublet the property or accommodate undeclared third parties.

### VISITORS

Visitor access is subject to the condominium’s security and access rules and must be communicated and authorized in advance whenever applicable.

Visitors do not automatically gain access to the building as a result of the reservation.

The guest responsible for the reservation remains responsible for the conduct of authorized visitors while they are in the property or common areas.

### CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS

Children and teenagers must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, or have the authorization required by applicable law when traveling unaccompanied.

Parents and guardians must take the safety characteristics of the accommodation into account and provide appropriate supervision of children throughout the stay.

### SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products.

In common areas, condominium rules and applicable legislation must be followed.

If extraordinary cleaning, deodorization or repairs are demonstrably required due to a violation of this rule, reimbursement of the corresponding costs may be requested.

### PARTIES, EVENTS AND USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION

Parties, events, disruptive gatherings or any use incompatible with the residential purpose of the accommodation are not permitted.

The property may not be used for illegal activities or for any activity that may jeopardize the safety, peace or integrity of the condominium, residents, guests or third parties.

Professional use of the property for commercial photography, video production, advertising, events or similar activities requires prior express authorization from LikeHome.

### QUIET HOURS AND CONDUCT

Guests must comply with the condominium’s quiet hours and all other community rules.

Excessive noise, music at a volume incompatible with a residential environment, or behavior that disturbs residents, other guests or users of the common areas is not permitted.

### COMMON AREAS

Common areas available to guests are shared with other users of the condominium and must be used in accordance with the schedules, capacity limits, access procedures and rules established by the condominium administration.

The pool and gym may only be used during their respective operating hours:

The coworking space requires prior reservation and is subject to availability. Booking the accommodation does not guarantee a workstation, time slot or availability in the coworking space.

The laundry room is shared, paid separately on site and subject to machine availability and its applicable operating hours.

The Pet Place and bicycle storage area must be used in accordance with the condominium’s specific rules.

Party rooms, barbecue areas, gourmet spaces and other reservable event areas are not available to short-term guests whenever restricted by the condominium.

Temporary closures or limitations imposed by the condominium administration for maintenance, safety or operational reasons must be respected.

### PARKING

Skyline has a shared rotating condominium parking system.

Belle Sky does not have a private, fixed or guaranteed parking space assigned to the accommodation.

Parking requests must be submitted daily between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM, following the procedure established by the condominium, and approval depends on available spaces.

Booking the accommodation does not constitute a parking reservation or guarantee that a parking space will be available.

### SECURITY AND ACCESS DEVICES

Building doors and access points must not be held open for third parties.

Codes, passwords and other access information provided for the stay are personal and must not be shared with unregistered or unauthorized individuals.

Guests must notify LikeHome of any loss or issue involving keys, tags, access cards, remote controls or other access devices provided during the stay.

If replacement is required due to loss or damage, reimbursement of the actual replacement cost may be requested.

### PROPERTY CARE

The property, furniture, equipment, utensils and linens must be used appropriately and preserved throughout the stay.

Furniture, equipment, utensils or other items belonging to the accommodation may not be removed from the property.

Any damage, breakage, malfunction or relevant issue noticed during the stay should be reported to LikeHome as soon as it is identified so that appropriate measures can be taken to minimize further damage.

### DAMAGES, MISSING ITEMS AND EXTRAORDINARY CLEANING

The guest responsible for the reservation may be held responsible for damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, utensils, linens or condominium areas by themselves, other guests or authorized visitors.

Damage, missing items or extraordinary cleaning resulting from improper use may be subject to a reimbursement request, supported by the relevant documentation and handled according to the procedures and payment methods applicable to the booking channel.

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the accommodation will not be treated as damage attributable to the guest.

### CONDOMINIUM FINES

All guests and authorized visitors must comply with the condominium bylaws, internal regulations and applicable safety instructions during the stay.

Fines demonstrably imposed by the condominium as a result of a violation committed during the stay may be attributed to the guest responsible for the reservation, upon presentation of the relevant documentation and in accordance with the procedures applicable to the booking channel.

### TRASH AND WASTE DISPOSAL

Trash must be disposed of in the locations and according to the schedules and procedures established by the condominium.

Waste may not be left in hallways, elevators, the garage or other common areas outside the designated disposal locations.

### DELIVERIES AND MAIL

Food orders, purchases and other deliveries must comply with the condominium’s access and receiving procedures.

The reservation does not authorize the use of the property address as a permanent residence, business address or regular mailing address after the stay has ended.

### EXTENDING THE STAY

Remaining in the property beyond the contracted date and time is subject to availability and requires express authorization from LikeHome.

Requesting an extension does not guarantee approval. The stay will only be considered extended after the new conditions have been expressly confirmed through the booking or guest service channels.

### VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES

Failure to comply with these rules, condominium regulations or safety requirements may result in measures permitted under the booking agreement, the rules of the booking channel and applicable law, including requests to stop the prohibited conduct, reimbursement of documented losses and, in serious cases or situations involving safety risks, the necessary measures to terminate the stay.

Any financial charge or termination of the stay will follow the procedures, rights and protections established by the booking channel and applicable law.
