Children and babies are welcome. The studio does not provide a portable crib or extra mattress as a standard accommodation item. If needed, our team can advise on available options upon prior inquiry and an additional fee.

As this is a residential environment, we recommend special attention with children in areas such as windows, furniture, and other elements of the apartment.

Studio Alto Moinhos has been designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay in Porto Alegre. The space features a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, as well as blinds and curtains for greater privacy and comfort during your stay.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, air fryer, blender, and toaster, along with pots, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, and accessories for cooking and enjoying meals in the apartment.

For your arrival, we provide bed linen, pillows, a blanket, towels, and amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

The apartment also offers a hair dryer, electric towel heater in the bathroom to warm and dry towels, and self check-in with a digital lock, providing more autonomy during your stay.

The building features a 24-hour staffed reception and provides one rotating parking space, subject to availability at the time of use, as there is no prior reservation of spaces.

Important:

All common areas are available for guest use without prior booking.

However, event spaces, the party room, and barbecue areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with building regulations.

The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with washing machines and dryers, and operates on a self-service basis using credit card payment at a kiosk located next to the machines.
