For added convenience during extended stays, we offer several services upon prior request and subject to operational availability, such as cleaning during your stay, towel replacement, full linen renewal, and additional items for babies. All supplementary services are subject to an additional fee.

Families with children and babies are very welcome. The studio does not provide a portable crib or extra mattress as standard amenities, but our team can assist with information on available options upon prior inquiry about the fee.

As this is a residential environment, we recommend supervising children throughout the stay, especially in areas such as windows, furniture, and other common apartment features.

The space features a queen bed, sofa, wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and reading light, creating a functional space to rest or work remotely.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric cooktop with 2 burners, electric oven, traditional coffee maker, and kettle, as well as pots, glasses, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, and basic kitchen utensils for preparing meals during your stay.

For your arrival, we provide bed linens, pillows, blanket, towels, and amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.

The apartment also includes a hairdryer, clothes steamer, and self check-in with a digital lock, offering greater autonomy and convenience during your stay.

The building has 24-hour security and offers 1 rotating parking space, subject to availability at the time of use, since reservations cannot be made in advance.
