These areas are shared and must be used according to the schedules, capacity limits, and rules set by the condominium.

Use requires prior reservation and depends on availability. Reserving the apartment does not guarantee a workstation or time slot in the coworking space.

The laundry room has shared washing and drying machines. Usage is paid separately on-site and depends on equipment availability and operating hours.

Restricted areas and visitors
