The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other items necessary for using the grill.

The washing machine is available for guests. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to maintain constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are accepted with prior notice at the time of booking. One small pet is allowed, weighing up to 15 kg.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us of the composition of your group at the time of booking. Example: when selecting 4 guests, please indicate how many adults, children, or babies will be present and your preferred sleeping arrangements. If no instructions are provided, the standard configuration will be set, prioritizing the suite and the main bedrooms available.

The supply of basic hygiene and cleaning items is provided only at the beginning of your stay. Restocking these items during your stay is the guest’s responsibility.

Luar was designed for those who want to experience Bombinhas with space, comfort, and the convenience of being just a few steps from the sea. Located in the San Francisco Building, about 80 meters from Bombas Beach, the apartment features airy, air-conditioned spaces ready to welcome families or groups of friends seeking the best of the Santa Catarina coast.

The linens are complete: bed sheets, pillows, towels, and hygiene items are available upon your arrival.

The living and dining room form an integrated and inviting environment, with a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and a table for six people— the perfect meeting point to gather the family after a day of sun and sea.

The kitchen is functional and equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, utensils, and pans, offering everything you need to prepare your meals independently.

The apartment has a queen suite with air conditioning, a closet, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a double bed, air conditioning, and a built-in wardrobe. To increase capacity, we also provide two extra single mattresses— allowing up to six guests to be accommodated comfortably.

On the balcony, the private barbecue grill is one of the main attractions.
