We offer cleaning services during your stay for R$ 350.00, upon request and scheduling.

During summer, Florianópolis may experience water rationing, with possible nighttime interruptions. The house has a 1,000-liter water cistern, which helps ensure supply during rationing, but mindful water use is required.

The access ramp to the house is very steep. Large pickup trucks may not be able to maneuver due to the angle. If needed, street parking in front of the house is very safe.
