The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, dishes, glasses, pots, and utensils. After the beach, the enclosed balcony with barbecue becomes the meeting spot. With garage and laundry with washing machine, your stay is convenient.

The property features an assisted check-in system.

The barbecue grill on the balcony is available for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. The apartment does not provide charcoal, fire starters, or other necessary items for using the barbecue.

The washing machine is available for guests to use. Detergent, fabric softener, and other laundry products are not provided.

Children and babies are very welcome. The apartment does not have a crib. As in any home, it is important to maintain constant supervision of children in areas such as windows, balconies, furniture, and with small objects.

Pets are allowed with prior notification at the time of booking. Only one small pet up to 15 kg is permitted.

To ensure the best preparation of the accommodation, we ask that you inform us of the composition of the guests at the time of booking.
