We do not change linens or provide daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer these services for an additional fee:

Important information about your stay:

Belle Sky accommodates up to 2 guests in one double bed. The apartment is prepared with bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

We do not provide extra sets of bed linens or additional towels in the apartment. If you need extra linens during your stay, please contact our team for availability and pricing.

The apartment is delivered clean and ready for your arrival. Housekeeping services and daily cleaning are not included. Additional cleaning and linen changes can be requested during your stay, subject to availability and an extra charge.

Basic hygiene and consumable items provided in the apartment are prepared for the beginning of your stay and are not automatically replenished during your reservation.

Early check-in and late check-out: if our booking schedule permits, we may be able to offer early arrival or extended departure for an additional fee. As this depends on reservations for the same day, confirmation is only possible on the day itself.

We do not have regular luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out. Exceptions can only be confirmed in advance by our team.

The apartment does not have a permanent crib. We can check the availability of a portable crib upon advance request and possible extra charge.

Child safety: the accommodation does not have specific childproof devices such as drawer locks, outlet protectors, or window safety nets. Extra care and supervision are recommended when staying with children.

Skyline Parque Moinhos is a residential building with shared areas such as a pool, rooftop, gym, coworking space, laundry, Pet Place, and bike storage. Information regarding access, availability, and operation of these spaces is detailed in the “Space Access” section.

Small decorative objects or equipment may occasionally be replaced due to maintenance or wear and tear, while maintaining the features and amenities advertised for the accommodation.

Belle Sky is designed to offer a comfortable and practical stay for up to two people.

Sleeping and relaxing:

The apartment has a double bed prepared with sheets, pillows, and a blanket. We also provide bath towels according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.

Equipped kitchen:

The kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay and includes a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, dishes, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils.

Comfort and entertainment:

The studio features a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning with both heating and cooling.

Work and meals:

There is a table space that can be used for both meals and remote work.

Bathroom:

The bathroom is private and has hot water, towels, a hairdryer, and basic hygiene items available at the start of your stay.

Access:

The apartment features a digital lock, allowing self check-in after the registration and access authorization are completed.

Skyline Parque Moinhos offers shared spaces such as a rooftop with a swimming pool, gym, coworking area, laundry, Pet Place, and bike rack. Use of these facilities must respect the hours, rules, capacity, and procedures established by the building management.

Check-in and Access

Belle Sky is available for check-in from 3:00 PM onwards.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will send a secure Hospy link for completing the registration required for access to the building. If there is more than one guest in the reservation, each guest must fill in their own information.

We recommend completing the registration by the day before arrival. For registrations made on the day of check-in, information and documents must be sent by 6:00 PM to allow processing and access authorization with the building.

Once the registration is complete and access has been authorized, entry to the apartment is self-managed. This means you may arrive later, even after the team’s service hours have ended.

The apartment features a digital lock and the building has an on-site doorman.

Skyline Common Areas

The building features a pool and rooftop, gym, coworking space, laundry, Pet Place, and bicycle storage. These amenities are shared with other residents of the building.

Pool and gym: have operating hours set by the building management.

Coworking: use depends on prior reservation and availability. Staying at Belle Sky does not guarantee a workstation or available time slot in the coworking space.

Laundry: features shared washing and drying machines. Use is paid for separately on site and depends on machine availability and operating hours.

Parking: Skyline has a rotating condominium garage. Belle Sky does not offer a private, fixed, or guaranteed parking space. Parking requests must be made daily within the window provided by the building, between 12:00 AM and 12:00 PM, and approval depends on space availability.

Party room, barbecue areas, gourmet spaces, and other reservable event spaces are not included in the areas available to short-term guests.

LikeHome monitors your stay remotely through the platform chat and the support channels provided after your booking.

Our regular support for bookings, registrations, and administrative requests is available until 6 p.m.

During your stay, we provide on-call operational support until 10 p.m. for accommodation-related assistance.
