A double bed, fully equipped kitchen, hot/cold air conditioning, and Smart TV ensure comfort. We do not provide linen change or daily cleaning during your stay, but if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

Important:

All common areas are available for guest use without prior booking.

However, event spaces, the party room, and barbecue areas are not available for guest use, in accordance with building regulations.

The laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with washing machines and dryers, and operates on a self-service basis using credit card payment at a kiosk located next to the machines.

The condominium has paid rotating parking, with covered and uncovered spaces.

Payment is made directly to the responsible company, through a self-service totem on site.

During your stay, you are welcome to freely use the common areas of the condominium, with no need for prior reservation.

• Coworking – 2nd floor

• Self-service laundry – 2nd floor (usage is paid directly on site)

• Bicycle storage – ground floor

• Rooftop social area and pool with temperature control system – Rooftop floor

The pool is open 24 hours a day, from Tuesday to Sunday.

On Mondays, it remains closed for cleaning and maintenance.

Important:

The party rooms, gourmet spaces, backlit bar, and barbecue grills located on the rooftop are not available for short-term guests.

Public Transportation: Several buses and minibuses run along Carlos Gomes Avenue, connecting the neighborhood to the city's main areas, such as the Historic Center, North Zone, and South Zone. Bus stops are located just a few meters from the building.

Parking: The condominium offers paid parking on-site (spaces subject to availability). Private parking and easily accessible streets are also available nearby.

Salgado Filho International Airport: approximately 18 minutes by car (approx. 7.5 km).

Porto Alegre Bus Station: approximately 15 minutes by car (approx. 6 km).

Ride-hailing apps: Uber, 99, and taxis operate quickly in the area, ensuring convenient access to shopping malls, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

The condominium has a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the responsible company via the on-site totem.

Important: The apartment is prepared to host two people in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, it will be necessary to request extra bedding for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed). This service may have an additional cost and must be arranged before the reservation.

Guest Access: You will have exclusive access to Poa Square through a separate entrance with a digital lock—no need for keys and no fixed check-in hours. At Carlos Gomes Square, access to common areas includes the pool, gym, coworking space, shared laundry, and rooftop, following the hours set by the condominium.

The walking mall on the ground floor operates according to the commercial hours of the shops. As per condominium rules, visitors must be registered in advance and do not have access to the leisure areas.

Other notes: Cleaning and linen change are not performed daily but are available as an additional service by appointment:

Extra linen for the sofa bed is available upon request—just ask before booking.

Children and babies are welcome; however, the apartment does not have a fixed crib (one can be requested in advance for an extra fee), drawer locks, or outlet protectors.

The window requires adult supervision if there are small children.
