Modern and cozy studio on the 8th floor of the Quintal Moinhos building, perfect for up to 3 guests. The space features a Queen bed, a foldable mattress (stored in the wardrobe). Additionally, the apartment has a private barbecue, perfect for leisure moments. The location is fantastic, just 1 km from the Moinhos de Vento Hospital and only 500 meters from the Moinhos de Vento Shopping Mall. The building offers 24-hour front desk service and includes a parking spot.

We do not provide daily housekeeping or linen changes during your stay. However, if you prefer, we offer these as additional services:

This modern and fully equipped studio offers all the comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay. The space features queen bed, single foldable mattress (to accommodate up to 3 guests), sofa, 55” smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a duplex refrigerator, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, and a barbecue with a skewer, perfect for leisure and socializing.

Additionally, the apartment has split air conditioning just cold, a hairdryer, a clothes steamer, and provides quality bedding and towels, as well as basic bathroom items.

Access to the studio is made easy with self check-in, via a digital lock, offering greater autonomy and comfort.

The building has 24-hour reception, ensuring security and peace of mind during your stay.

The common areas of the condominium do not require reservations and are freely accessible to guests. Event, party and grill spaces are not available for guests.

The building also has a laundry facility on the third floor, which includes three washing machines and three dryers. The services provided are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk located next to the machines.

The Storage Room service (for receiving and storing deliveries, with separate access and controls from the reception) is for common use. Upon entering the reception, you can check with the staff about its operation.
