Stay close to all the neighborhood conveniences, including PUC University, UFRGS, hospitals, and Avenida Ipiranga, one of Porto Alegre's main avenues connecting you to various neighborhoods.

During your stay, we do not provide linen exchange or daily cleaning. However, you may request these services as add-ons:

- The condominium offers paid rotating parking, with both covered and uncovered spaces. Payment must be made directly to the responsible company via the kiosk located in the parking lot.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two people in a double bed. If you prefer to sleep separately, you must request additional bedding for the sofa bed. This service has an extra cost and must be arranged in advance prior to reservation.

During their stay, guests have access to the condominium's gym, coworking space, laundry room, bike storage, and the leisure area on the rooftop. Common areas are available for guests to use freely and do not require a reservation. Spaces dedicated to events and parties are not available for guest use.

The building has a Lavô laundry room located on the second floor, equipped with three washing machines and three dryers. Laundry use requires payment, and payment must be made by credit card at a self-service terminal next to the machines.

The locker service, located at the building's entrance, is shared. To use it, please confirm the operating instructions with the front desk staff upon arrival.

Localizada em um condomínio de luxo fechado, com uma infraestrutura incrível e completamente novo, nossos 300 m2 contam com 4 suítes, living integrado com uma piscina incrível de frente para o lago do condomínio.

- A casa recebe para hospedagem até 8 pessoas, permitindo o convite de até quatro convidados extras para ingresso na casa.

- A entrada se dará pelo portão principal do condomínio fechado e todos os hóspedes e convidados deverão se identificar ao entrar.

- Não possuímos garagem fechada.

Não realizamos a troca de enxoval e limpeza diária durante a sua estadia, mas se preferir, oferecemos como um serviço adicional:

- Troca de enxoval: R$ 280,00 (8 toalhas de banho, 6 toalhas de rosto, 4 tapetes de banho e 4 conjuntos de cama)

- Troca de toalhas : R$ 190,00 (8 toalhas de banho, 6 toalhas de rosto, 4 tapetes de banho)

- Oferecemos serviços de limpeza durante estadia: R$ 500,00. Ela deverá ser agendada.
