• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is compact and functional, equipped with an induction cooktop, duplex refrigerator, microwave, AirFryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a special dinner.

• Parking: The condominium offers a paid rotating parking lot with covered and uncovered spaces. Payment is made directly to the parking operator via the on-site totem.

Important: The apartment is prepared to accommodate two guests in a double bed. If guests prefer to sleep separately, extra linens for the sofa bed (or auxiliary bed) must be requested in advance. This service may incur an additional fee and must be arranged before booking.

Your reservation guarantees private and exclusive access to the entire Studio Milano apartment. Check-in is simple and secure, carried out through a digital lock with an individual access code, offering complete autonomy upon arrival.

Common areas of the building do not require a reservation and are freely accessible to guests. Event and party spaces are not available to guests.

The building also has a Lavô laundry facility on the second floor. The laundry features three washing machines and three dryers. The services are PAID and operate via credit card payment at a self-service kiosk next to the machines.

The locker service at the building entrance is for common use. Upon entering the lobby, you can check with the concierge about how it works.
